Managing Director
Amal Uddin is the principal and founder of AU CONSULTANCY providing consultancy, management and transactional services to owners and occupiers of commercial properties.
Amal has been in the property management sector for over 19 years working as a Corporate Management Surveyor in the City of London for a variety of leading corporate property companies, including CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) and the City Surveyors (for the City Corporation of London) as well as being called as a barrister by the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn.
Amal has extensive knowledge and expertise in property portfolio/asset management â including negotiation of leases, undertaking rent reviews, commercial property valuations, down-sizing of surplus property portfolios as well as managing diverse property portfolios including shopping centres, retail, institutional, industrial, High Street and office/mix use properties nationwide.
Amal is a specialist management surveyor capable of mobilising and leading teams to undertake reviews and re-structuring of property/asset portfolios, streamlining management processes and re-structuring organisational policies.
In 2010 Amal established AU CONSULTANCY Chartered Surveyors in the City of London, focused on providing specialist property and asset management services to corporate and institutional clients, in both the private and public sectors.
Between 2015 and 2016, Amal relocated AU CONSULTANCY to Tunbridge Wells, to offer the corporate standard consultancy, management and transactional services to a wider client base in the Kent and Sussex regions.
Amal is an experienced Chartered Surveyor, a complete property service provider with an extensive network and exhaustive knowledge of the commercial property sector.
