Sale of agricultural land, Bidborough

AU CONSULTANCY advised client and negotiated the sale of landlocked agricultural land (circa 10.87 acres) in Bidborough, Kent.

The contract of sale negotiated by AUC included 15 TPOs (Tree Preservation Order) being incorporated, a non-commercial development clause and only private use and enjoyment of the land to be limited to grazing and personal use barn installation.
