Consultancy services for Local Authority client, Kent

Since 2010 AUC has been providing consultancy service for a Kent based local authority’s Estates department. It has been an ongoing pleasure to be able to advise on a wide and divers range of properties (some of the more interesting ones will be mentioned separately), not to mention the pleasure of working with some of the nicest clients one could hope for, in one of the loveliest parts of the country.
