Disposal via Auction – Warehouse (dormant/surplus), London

AU CONSULTANCY successfully disposed of a surplus warehouse property for a London based local authority on behalf of our client. The subject property was being marketed unsuccessfully for over 2 years by the L/Ls appointed agents for sale by private treaty. However, there had been little serious interest.

By getting a valuation carried out AUC were able to gauge the current market value and put the property through the auction process resulting in an instant sale.

The recipient client was delighted to get £350,000 from the sale.
